Internet Explorer 4: hold the ALT key and press the number/letter of the relevant accesskey.

Internet Explorer 4.5 for Mac: accesskeys are not supported.

Netscape: accesskeys are supported in Netscape 6 - the user doesn't have to press RETURN unlike in IE 5/6.
