TOIA is pleased to welcome two new colleagues who will assist Jalshan in preparing the final reports, on a part time basis.

Michael Coen is the new Head of Innovations and Services Projects within the Department of Learning Services here at Strathclyde. Michael has worked at Strathclyde for a number of years and has a lot of Business experience. He is working on the Business Model for a Self-Sustaining Hosted Assessment Service along with the Final Report.

Donna Cullen is a Research and Development Officer within the Innovations and Services Projects section will be helping Michael and Jalshan to complete some of the other outputs of the TOIA Project. She is also working on the REAP Project http://www.reap.ac.uk.
